We Are Here To Serve

Everyone here at Fiore Group Training hopes that you had a brilliant holiday week this past week and that, by now, you’ve put some thought into the upcoming year. In 2019 Fiore Group Training, the entire group of trainers, administration and executive staff are dedicated to serving you to accomplish your ambitions.

The start of every January always brings a flurry of activity designed to help us set newer and bigger goals and dreaming about the future you want to create for your life and business.

Every year between Christmas and New Year’s I do that. I make a list of our accomplishments from the past year, and I also plan for the future.

It’s a fun creative week for me, reading, journaling, planning and setting the stage for the next year of Fiore Group.

I wanted to take a moment and share with you a few of the ways that we might be able to help you next year, in case you didn’t already know.

There are many moving parts to our business here at Fiore Group Training and people often tell us “I didn’t know you do that,” so I thought it might be a good opportunity to share this with you. In 2019 Fiore Group Training will offer:

2019 Fiore Group Training In-House Workshop Training

Our team of incredible trainers offers our core workshop programs: Zero Violence (Workplace Violence Prevention) and Zero Tolerance (Bullying and Harassment Prevention).

These programs are always incredibly well received by our clients who rave about the experience and the quality of the trainers. The workshops are highly interactive, full of storytelling (the single best way for humans to learn in my opinion) and meet/exceed WorkSafeBC’s legislative requirements for both Workplace Violence Prevention and Bullying and Harassment training requirements. eLearning

We have many clients who prefer the convenience of having our training programs delivered to their employees through eLearning so we offer both programs (Zero Tolerance & Zero Violence) through our LMS eLearning system.

Coaching

You can work with me privately, as a coach, in our one-on-one coaching program we call Chat Easy.

For the past few years, I have offered private coaching sessions to clients (who either approaches me as individuals or from an ‘organizational need’) to meet with and push the learner to grow and change.

A long time ago, I found myself in need of help and stumbled upon a coaching philosophy that literally changed my life. People will only change when they feel the need to do so and therefore the most important ingredient is a personal commitment to it. Having a coach alongside you increases your chances of success massively.

Our Chat Easy arrangements consist of 6 x coaching conversations over a period of 3 months.

Leadership Accelerator Training Program

In 2018, as part of our new Leadership Accelerator Program, I created the Management Skills Training Program.

This is a modular-based program designed to be delivered in-house to supervisors and managers, providing them with skills and training for a range of critical elements of their role within their organization.

Leadership Accelerator

The modules focus on:

  • The Strategic Leader
  • Leading Your Team
  • Communication Skills
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Motivation & Engagement

Each of these modules dives deeply into the specific title subjects and allows participants to gain significant insights into each element as well as opening them to current industry thought leaders and best practices.

As of the start of 2019, we are currently delivering this program to several municipal clients in the Vancouver area.

Coming in the fall of 2019

At present, we are in the early stages of developing the Management Skills Training Program into a rich learning experience for students in an online, video-based environment. We are incredibly excited about adding this option to our body of training programs – I know that it will give organizations and individuals the opportunity to access this critical information at a time that fits with their schedule.

Our platform will make for a powerful the learning journey with clear progress indicators and unlimited replays of course material. Participating students will be able to celebrate their wins, and they will be able to progress through and finish the modules with customized completion pages and certificates.

Ongoing Events: SONAR Leadership

Every year, we host 2 public 1-day SONAR Leadership workshop events, one in the spring and one in the fall.

Our next date is Wednesday, March 13, 2019, in North Vancouver, BC. Further details are available here.

This powerful 1-day workshop features memorable exercises, providing participants with a potent and professional toolkit to assist them in making the shift to today’s critical new reality: the fact that our workplaces have changed with new rules and a new language.
