Training Opportunity In February -Zero Tolerance

There has been a flood of attention placed on the three new Occupational Health & Safety regulations in British Columbia which deal with bullying and harassment in the workplace.
I’ve also written on the topic extensively within these blog posts, and recently published a White Paper called The History of Bill 14 & Why You Should Care.
In many ways, it’s a shame that actual legislation and legal language are necessary to suggest to people that they should treat each other respectfully at work. Growing up, I remember being constantly reminded that the two most important words in the entire world were “please” and “thank-you.”
Not so any more, apparently! Hence the need for regulatory teeth.
Fiore Group Training specializes in delivering effective training and workplace solutions to organizations. With the arrival of the new Regulations in November of 2013, we knew that there was not going to be a more important or more relevant time to deliver a public version of our brand new Respectful Conduct in the Workplace workshop called, “Zero Tolerance.”
We chose the centrally located Listel Hotel (1300 Robson Street, Vancouver) as our workshop location, and will be delivering the Zero Tolerance workshop at four different times.

Zero Tolerance is a 2-hour, fast-paced workshop which deals with the BC requirements of every business to educate their employees in respectful workplace behaviour. It is highly interactive with loads of memorable takeaways that will inform, inspire, and educate participants to look at their workplaces completely differently, regardless of whether they are an employee, a supervisor, or owner.

I hope to see you there.
